Preparation of MIL-53 /4A Zeolite and Its Water Absorption SU Dong-fang,CHEN Yun-lin,ZHOU Lin

Abstract: 4A zeolite was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. On the basis of zeolite,metal organic frameworks ( MIL-53) /4A zeolite was fabricated. The influence of the ratio of raw materials,the crystallization time and the crystallization temperature were discussed. The results show that the optimal synthetic conditions are as follows: n( 4A) /n( H2BDC) = 0. 8,t = 10 h,and T = 443 K. The composite materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) ,scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) ,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and nitrogen adsorption. At the same time,the adsorption water vapor on the material was tested. The results show that the composite material has the characteristics of pore structure,and it has the characteristics of hydrophilic.
